Sheesh, I made this food for the meetup and it was all scarfed down in a flash!

2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, dill, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
