For the Alfredo Sauce:

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
🔪 Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Shrimp:

In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Old Bay.

Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until just pink. Set aside.
