Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake

  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

🔪 Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Shrimp:

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

  • Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Old Bay.

  • Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until just pink. Set aside.
