Gently roll each puff pastry triangle, starting from the wide base and rolling toward the tip, until it forms a croissant shape.
Brush with egg (optional):
If you want the croissants to be golden and shiny, you can brush the tops with beaten egg before baking.
Bake the croissants:
Transfer the croissants to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
