Instructions:
Making the dough:
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk along with the sugar. Gradually add the flour, oil, and salt. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in volume.

Shaping the leaves:
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut out the desired shapes (rectangles, circles, or triangles).
