Preparation:
1. Start by making the cake by beating the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl until frothy. Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes pale.
2. Slowly pour in the oil and orange juice, making sure to mix each ingredient well. Add the grated orange zest for an irresistible aroma.
3. Sift the flour together with the yeast and gradually incorporate it into the mixture, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
4. Prepare a 26 cm or 24 cm diameter mold, greasing it if necessary, and pour the mixture inside.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before unmold.
