This comforting dish always makes my taste buds sing!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until it forms a smooth paste.
4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, allowing them to melt and form a creamy sauce.
7. Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese and kielbasa mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
9. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
