This dish is the number one choice for my husband; he just can’t get enough!
Ingredients:
– 1 lb penne pasta
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded (leftover rotisserie chicken works great!)
– 1 jar (15 oz) of your favorite Alfredo sauce
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
– Cooking spray for greasing the baking dish
