Vegan No-Knead Rosemary Cranberry Bread

First, you will mix flour, yeast, salt, warm water & olive oil in your bowl to make a sticky dough.
We will gently mix rosemary & cranberries, then cover your bowl to rest for 14 minutes at room temperature.
Your dough should rise well, then place it on a floured surface and shape it lightly into a round loaf.

Now place your dough on baking paper and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Heat your oven to 220°C with the Dutch oven inside and place your dough into the hot pot.
Then sprinkle sea salt on top, cover & bake for 30 minutes.

Lastly, remove the lid and bake again for 15 minutes.
